It was my first time to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I stopped by here and left as if I had returned home. I was able to enjoy a deep, sound sleep in the slowly flowing hours of night that were richly scented with the warmth and good will of the people here and the ambiance of a "good life" (well lived life). To describe this place as a "home away from home" is too simplistic, making me painfully aware of my paucity of words. Kodokan Roku-dan Oguchi Shinichi "Crazy Ladies" crazy place. Really enjoyable stay, always willing to please, food excellent! Shower hot, toilets work, good tea. After arriving from Laos was a perfect haven. Would recommend any time. Brian'Fitz' Fitzmaurice We really enjoyed our stay at Finlays Cottage. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good, the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend Finlays Cottage. Melody Hirst A great place to stay in every way. All the amenities you would expect, plus excellent food, and a very helpful host. Fantastic value for money. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Dorothea Stark We only needed one night here before our trek but wish it could have been more.
